Hello fellow Internet surfer and welcome to our home page. We're
very glad that you made it this far . . . and we hope that you'll stick
around long enough to get to know just a little bit more about us.
(Especially since this is our first time making a web page)
Whei's Background
First of all (incase you haven't figured it out), my name is pronounced
like the word "way" (like way cool or no way).
I was born in Taipei, Taiwan on May 17, 1982, but myfamily moved
to Florida when I was two.
Right now I'm living in Coral Springs, FL and go to Stoneman Douglas
High. I have an older brother
who is 19 and goes to college at MIT. My dad is a computer
engineer and my mom works at
American Express. Well, I guess that's basically my background.
& My Interests
I like to do just about anything. My favorite band is Dave
Matthews Band. I also love 311, Matchbox 20,
Bush, Smashing Pumpkins, Dance Hall Crashers, etc. I listen
to almost all kinds of music (everything but country).
Some of my hobbies are swimming, playing tennis, and talking on
the phone. Boy do I love talking on the phone!
Going out with my friends and hanging out is a lot of fun. If you
haven't gone out to see the
movie Scream, I advise you to see it. I like Japanimation.
Ever watch Sailormoon?
It's a great cartoon show, and it's one of my favorites.
Bernice's Background
That's a boring title, isn't it? That's
Ok, though. Anyways, this is going to be like Whei's
Background,
but, oh well! I was born in a little
city in California called Escondido. My parents are from Taiwan,
so I'm Taiwanese,
in a way. In away, I'm also American.
My birthdate is March 28, 1983, in case anybody wanted to know.
I moved to Boca Raton, FL when I was
only one year old. Then, when I was 11, I moved to Austin, TX..
A year later, and we moved back to
Boca. Isn't that strange? Anyways, lets move on to my Interests.
My Interests
Basically, I don't have time to do a lot,
but when I do, I talk on the phone, listen to music, go to the mall,
or read a book. In school, I usually
carry a book around. My friends all call me a bookworm. Sometimes,
I go to the mall
with my friends. I'm not a mall-rat,
but I do go shopping sometimes. In my spare time,
I talk on the phone a lot. One of my
friends can talk and talk and talk!! If you call her,
you'll wind up staying on for hours.
She never shuts up!! But that's OK, because she's a really nice person.
Last, I like to listen to music. I
listen to pop or alternative and occasionally, some rap. I
listen to my CD's a lot and I'm planning
on getting a new CD soon (Call me wierd, but I do like Silverchair a lot).
