My Background
I was born in the city of Ottawa, Ontario. Since my father was in the army, we moved very often. By moving so often, we were able to see many parts of the world. I have lived all over Canada and also in Germany. While in Germany, we were able to travel all over Europe. I have been able to see many of the historic sites of Europe, which proved to be very interesting.
After high school, I attended college in Pennsylvania and began my teaching career with the Pittsburgh Public Schools. Following five years of teaching in Pittsburgh, I relocated to Ft. Lauderdale, where I have taught the past twelve years.

I have a keen interest in science, especially Chemistry and Biology. For recreation, I enjoy playing ice hockey. I, also, have an interest in coaching football and baseball.
